Q.I am from overseas, can you hire outside the UK?
A.We supply customers across the world on all types of production, whether you are a new or existing customer, overseas or domestic, we will treat your request with the same level of high quality service and professionalism.
Q.How do I open a rental account?
A.On our rental website there is a new client account application form. If you can return this along with a document from your insurance company showing that you are covered for hired in equipment then we can process the rest for you within 24 hours.
Q.Why should I rent from Gearhouse Broadcast?
A.We continually invest in new technology, and the majority of our broadcast equipment stock is less than two years old. By tracking industry trends we can provide the most advanced equipment on the market at affordable prices.
If we don’t have the equipment you require, we can always source it, and if the hire is significant enough in size we may even purchase that equipment specifically for your use. The idea is that we become your one stop shop.
Q.How long is the warranty?
A. Gearhouse Broadcast offers 3 months warranty on both new and used equipment.
Q.Will I get technical support with my hire?
A.Our highly experienced rental team & engineering department are at the end of the phone 24/7. If they can’t assist you with your problem than we will ensure to send out a replacement within the hour.
Q.Will I have to pay for delivery & collection?
A.If your delivery address is within the M25 we will not charge you for delivery. Otherwise price can be agreed with the rental team. If you however have a particularly large hire we may include delivery FOC.
